Who we are

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

• your name and email address
• your phone or WhatsApp number (optional)
• your business name (optional)
• the type of project you need and the details you share in your message

If you contact us on WhatsApp, Instagram or email, we receive the information you choose to send us on those platforms.

Why we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, prepare quotes and, if we work together, deliver and support your project. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Who we share it with

To run this website and receive enquiries, we use trusted service providers: Netlify (website hosting), Resend (sending enquiry emails) and Google (email). These providers may store data outside South Africa. We only use providers that protect personal information to an appropriate standard.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any project that follows, and for any period required by law. After that, we delete it.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Some features load code libraries from third-party content networks (such as jsDelivr), which may record basic technical information like your IP address.

Your rights

Under POPIA, you may:

• ask what personal information we hold about you
• ask us to correct or delete your information
• object to us using your information
• lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator
